I hope that in the US, such decisions as what is legal and what not are done by courts and not private companies.
It’s not what is legal and what isn’t, Facebook isn’t doing anything strictly illegal here. They’re just shady as fuck.
If only someone would give them consequences for allowing such underhanded shady shit to fly. Consequences that hurt, not a slap on the wrist.
