I mean yes, and enough people didn’t know that or, more likely, just didn’t care. Voters’ default state is staying at home; they need to be pushed to go to the polls. Harris failed at that. No matter whose fault it was, it was Harris and her campaign managers’ job to make sure this doesn’t happen. Blaming the voters is about as productive as yelling about your controller being broken. Or will it sound better if it’s Bernie saying it?
