    Might be a good time to say, I’ve heard the phrase about the curtain matching the drape in movies, but I never knew what it meant exactly, and was never bothered to look it up. I figured out it was about sex from context, but what exactly? Is it about whether the pubic hair are the color if the head hair? Or maybe the curtain is the hymen and it matching the drape is about virginity? Or about whether the woman has a pussy the same color as her sheets?

      It’s “does the carpet match the drapes”. Drapes = curtains.

      I only heard of “curtains match the window” because of tvtropes, where hair color and eye color match. Although windows normally aren’t colored so I’m not sure how the metaphor works. Although eyes are called windows to the soul so that makes sense.
