      “Ask for your patience and understanding at this difficult time” sounds a lot like “we will be using this as an excuse to deny all claims until further notice.”

        Yeah all the people they deny asked for patience and understanding when asking for support from a company that allegedly provides healthcare, and just look what that got the would-be patients.
