Is there any specific reason to call RC cars “ground drones” now?
Sounds cooler
Tbf “regular drones” are just RC planes or RC quadcopters (which is the only really “new” one) too. I guess maybe “drone” is just now becoming officially the new word for radio controlled, or maybe the distinction is the addition of cameras so you can pilot it without sight on it, unlike all the RC toys we used to have?
