    Uh… since when is Nuclear green? It requires resources from below, is non sustainable, makes big boom when it goes horribly wrong, and contaminate everything that comes into contact with its resources/waste.

      I suspect the economic benefits could be real in this case, as the Westinghouse reactors might primarily be a political tool to bind Ukraine to the US. (Otoh, 422m+100m USD won’t go far and would have to be complemented.)
