    As someone who’s allergic to peppers and how its in so fuckin much of everything now, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did this.

      That’s awful, I’m sorry. Have you found a spiciness substitute that lets you try heat in food without the allergic reaction? Do you know what the compound is that you react to?

      Follow up to septimaues question:

      Do you have an allergic reaction to capsaicin itself or some sort of fruit enzyme in the pepper itself?

        Capsicum it self. Peppers that don’t have it are fine but the more it has the worse it is for me. Technically not a “allergy” but it’s close enough imo.
