Having seen what the film industry did to Borderlands, my expectations are at about zero for this.
Maybe since it’s a Sony game and Sony movie they will respect the story, but who knows…

But why would she be muscular!? Where would she get the protein? Women can’t build muscle. It’s just the woke trying to force their muscle mommies on us. No one wants to see that. Of course, I’m not saying it’s not possible for a girl who works out consistently and canonically keeps track of her physical fitness to have muscles in an environment where she would likely be doing a lot of physical labor, but I just think it would take me out of the movie since this is clearly forced woke propaganda.

Meh. Not having high hopes. Also, with movies I believe that it got made and released when I see it. So many projects are scrapped before people get a chance to see them.
PLEASE be good, stay faithful to the series’ core storyline, bonus points if we get Alloy/Seyka romance subplot
I’ll be interested to see what the writing is like. It was by far the weakest part in the first game - hopefully they use this opportunity to improve it.
On the one hand, I have no interest in this. I already played the game.
On the other, as someone else said, if it makes dudebro duds mad then that might be worthwhile.
Given that they seem opposed to literally any real woman that exists, there isn’t an option that won’t piss them off, so I’m here for that, at least.
