But I can at least narrow it down a bit: It looks like it’s from an analog source, so I would guess it’s from the earlier seasons. Also, I’m not 100% sure, but I don’t think that character fits The Simpsons’ drawing guidelines. If I’m correct it would mean that it’s season 1
