(I will defer to you as you have the greater experience but I’d like to offer my experience)

As a 6’5” person I’ve noticed that, when I want to apply force(non-combat, anyway) that it can be more difficult for me when something at an average height is below my center. I don’t have the advantage of pushing off the ground, it’s only weight unless I crouch and a shorter oppenent can crouch as well, forcing me into a more uncomfortable position to get even with them. Even if I bring a sword up high to crash it down all that does is leave me wide open so it seems a niche case.

You don’t need to hit the head to take someone out of the fight and a low attack, I imagine, is harder to block than something more at torso level. Especially if, as in Anakin’s case, you’re midair, but of course that’s not exactly common normally haha

So I guess it isn’t that I don’t believe you and more that I don’t fully understand. There are a few scenarios where I could maybe see it but you don’t need my entire train of throught barreling through your station unsolicited haha

Tip on applying combat force as a tall person:

Learn to throw knee strikes. I caught a standing knee from a 6’6" guy in my chest that ended things very quickly. I was prepared to take in in the stomach, not the nipple…

Threw off my balance something awful.
