    Don’t need to push anything, tbh. Nuclear proliferation is back with a vengeance, and it’s because we did fuck-all to back up Ukraine in 2014, and then slow-walked and armchair-general’d the fuck out of them since ‘22. Nobody is ever gonna make a deal like the Budapest Memorandum ever again. It’s demonstrably worth less than the paper it was written on.
