I could’ve given a credible opinion on this 20ish years ago when I was a grocery store cashier in a college town, so I saw a ton of out of state licenses.

Nowadays, I don’t even remember the last time I saw a license from another state.

I don’t know about best looking but most interesting looking to me is Arizona. Their licences don’t expire till age 65 and you only have to submit a new photo every 12 years. So you could be 30 years old and your photo is of a teenager.
