This one has a whole story!!

"The guy who owns all the construction equipment next door built it for his daughter. The town gave a stop work order on it because he didn’t follow the building code or bylaws. For example he cleared all the trees right to the edge of the pond which is against the rules. That’s the story/rumor that I heard. "

Basically it’s just sitting there now because the guy wont get rid of it and the city won’t let him finish it. I hate that he ruined a lot of natural wetland, that pisses me off.

    What is the obsession with having as many roof angles as possible?

      With the exception of the crazy number of roof angles and the tacked on porte cochère, the house itself really isn’t that bad. It’s out of place for the setting and I’m not sure what’s going on in the front yard - is it all concrete?

        I assume dirt and such will be placed over that. Like maybe it was just leveled for landscaping because otherwise it would be crazy to have no plants.

      If I had that kind of money I would prefer a flat roof for a private outdoor space
