Oddly enough, the way the text is spaced across SpongeBob and Patrick caused me to read it in a “don’t dead open inside” way but the sentence still works

Oddly enough, I checked the “don’t dead open inside” reading before finishing your comment and was totally ready to rant about what your problem is but your comment is actually correct.

I’m familiar with the community. And I don’t know what you mean by “innocent,” but given the context I think you might mean “not depressed.” If that’s the case, I know the struggles of depression all too well. Doesn’t change that someone, you or someone else reading, might need to hear it.

I was more making a joke that you were asking me if I’m depressed when I’m the one who runs 2meirl4meirl and posts most of the content on it

Nice. It’s amazing that I’m still slowly piecing together my reddit subscriptions on Lemmy almost 2 years later. There’s another classic one that I hadn’t yet found, thanks.

And remember, memes can be more salubrious than therapy 🫠

Who tf isn’t depressed right now, at least a little bit? Sure, how I feel is nothing like the crippling depression that I’ve experienced at times, which found me wanting nothing but for life to stop. But I sure don’t feel good about how things are going.
