I’ll start with some ideas…

  • Hard boil a couple eggs, and write $1 on them. Then, next time you go into a store, offer to pay for your stuff with the eggs.
  • Try to get an insurance policy on a dozen eggs.
  • Try to pawn a dozen eggs.

Hey, if the egg prices are gonna be ridiculous, people might as well have a few lighthearted pranks for shits and giggles!

What ideas do you folks have?

Go to a grocery store and go “psst, want to buy some quality merchandise?” to random people passing by. Then reveal the inside of your jacket lined with eggs.

LOL, that loose idea crossed my mind too, right after I posted. Get on it, make it happen!

I literally just got done boiling a few eggs for my #1 prank idea, still waiting for them to finish cooling and drying before labeling as $1.

I also have a black trenchcoat, if only it was as cold outside as it was a couple weeks ago…

What about adding “in nog we trust” or something along those lines. Depending on your artistic confidence, maybe also a portrait, but with a chicken head instead of a dead president lol

LOL, sounds cute and fun and all, but honestly I’ve never done egg art or any art on awkward curved surfaces. I’ll be glad if I just get decent handwriting when I write $1 like three times on each, so $1 is visible any which angle I show it.

But I did go ahead and bust out all my best black clothes, including black shoes, hat, and trenchcoat for tomorrow. I just got out of the shower, soon to be time to label my dollar eggs…
