    If you want to say they’re inexperienced, then just do it.

    Wouldn’t that be “ageism” too? What a ridiculous argument.

        That’s exactly my point, just like saying a 23-year-old lacks the life/work experience necessary to be meddling in intricate government systems unsupervised.
