    It’s more of an analogy to describe the exhaustion of your brain. Your brain doesn’t know, but it gets exhausted in a way. Kinda like when you work an office job and by the time you get home you’re “exhausted” in a mental but not physical way. Same thing

    Extroverts don’t get exhausted, they get refreshed or charged like a good night’s sleep would.

      Lucky gits. It’s like a light switch for me after a while where my brain it just like “nope, let’s go home”.

      I run into this phenomenon when playing board games with friends. One round of the game in question is like 2-3 hours. First round I’m doing great, second round I start to get tired, disinterested, and want to go home. I never make it to a third and often not even the second.
