I don’t think Luigi did it, if the evidence is legitimate then yes he definitely did but ACAB, they’ve planted evidence in much less high profile cases. I think it was planted.

You seem to misunderstand the meaning of murder in cold blood. It means it was a calculated act not done out of immediate rage or reaction to a present act. In this case it was absolutely cold blood as the amount of time and effort spent planning and committing the murder allowed more than enough time for a rational mind to take over. Hot blood is a matter of moments to minutes. Not days, months, or years.
