Pretty sure it’s the billionaires on the other side of that line, not the state.
Billionaires are The State now.
They control the state
Only as much as citizens let them. The “state” isn’t your enemy, and acting as such only seeks to make people distrust the government 100% of the time, rather than having any sort of nuance.
Hm, that’s fair. Billionaires lobby the government then, but don’t fully control it
