The only choice is to get them from Mexico or Canada, two countries they severely pissed off. Getting eggs from elsewhere would probably require to fly them in, which would be rather costly. And result in a lot of scrambled eggs, if American air space does not get safer.
I hear Canada has lots of eggs and they are USA’s closest ally, haven’t been following the news in 2 weeks though, there is no way decades of relations could have possibly been destroyed in that short amount of time, right?
