Does anyone know where he is for sure? Disappearing anyone let alone a legal resident is fucking insane.
Lawyers have been in contact with him and have confirmed he’s held in Louisiana, 1000 miles from home. But his lawyers are also complaining the distance is making it impossible to defend him, as they are unable to have unmonitored conversations.
If this were normal times, I’d say Khalil should start talking with an accountant to make sure he can retire on the fat payout coming his way, but we’ll see how much rule of law matters as this evolves.
