Green peace should use a play from capitalists’ playbook.

Dissolve greenpeace and pay nothing. Then create a new greenpeace organization.

Fuck this oil company and the judge that sided with them.

This decision is an abuse of the legal system. It’s not a legitimate judgement and greenpeace should refuse to comply.

They’re appealing it of course. And with pretty good ground being that they say they didn’t organize it. It was organized by the Natives in the area. The fact that the current Surgeon General was there saying this pipeline will not benefit America whether or not it benefits someone’s pocketbook should speak volumes. The videos of RFK Jr. talking there against the pipeline are still out there.

Energy Transfer’s co-founder and board chairman Kelcy Warren, who said in a video deposition that protesters had created “a total false narrative” about his company.

“It was time to fight back,” he said.

Energy Transfer’s lawyer Mr Cox told the court that Greenpeace had exploited the Dakota Access Pipeline to “promote its own selfish agenda”.

Are you fucking kidding me with this bullshit? And a jury actually agreed with this insane garbage?

A jury of fascists abusing the law to suppress the right to free speech? Wow, I’m so shocked.

Greenpeace should refuse to pay them a single fucking cent.

Sell everything off to members for a pittance then use the proceeds to pay a guy in a banana suit to find the money.
