Yes. And all timelines given and “development budget” will double, and betting on more than double is one I would take. Your assumptions that everyone becomes BFFs again after Trump is uncertain to me. The CIA stooges in colonies will probably be unpaid and dethroned, and so it may take a lot of time to re-establish sycophancy, assuming Trump is not successful in increasing it.
