2 dashes each peychouds and angostura

Stirred, up

Very interesting drink. Almost tastes like coffee.

    2. …it does not taste like coffee. So if a coffee drink seems not up your alley that’s okay. It’s more of a much more floral Manhattan.

    I absolutely love the Vieux Carre, but my preferred spec dials down the benedictine to a barspoon floated on top (its quite sweet, and you really want it for the aroma more than anything, IMO).

    If you can get real Maraschino cherries, they make a killer garnish.
