This looks like a really nice workout, though I would not be able to run for 10km
Just started running this year and this last week I did 25 miles including 3 10ks. It feels impossible but if you just stick with it your body adapts so quickly
It takes so long to get into the shape to fully run the 10k straight. 2 - 5k is a good sweet spot though.
