    Personally I’ve been using water cooling for a while now, but I’ve read that these air coolers are some of the best.

      There was a Linus video a year or so ago that showed that for almost every single CPU on the market, the Peerless Assassin is within a few percentage points of the best coolers on the marked, to the point that it would make zero difference for 95% of users. The exceptions were the highest end Intel chips and extreme overclocking scenarios.
