Breast augmentation can be hard difficult to do right when you have actual boob-definition to start with, let alone when you start with a “man’s chest”.
I beg to differ, trans women grow breasts. A common problem though is their placement, they often splay outwards in a “pigeon chest” and there is only so much surgery can do to correct this and center them. If she transitioned long ago, the pharmaceuticals might not have been there for her to grow big ones.
It’s super convenient, you just head to the buffet and start to heap food on your boob-plate. I don’t see an issue here.
I was worried I might see something. Phew.
At least it’s good for the environment… Less material used
