Hello, I was trying to set up an account on sh.itjustworks, and seem to have done so, but can’t log in as it says the email isn’t verified. I’ve waited a week or so, but no email in sight, spam box and all. Is there somewhere I can re-request it, or re-submit?

    I’ve manually set it to verified.
    You should be able to login now.

    9nce logged in, you might wanna double check in your lemmy profile, just to make sure there’s no typo in there.
    As neidu3 mentionned, reaching out through matris might be faster. (Sorry, I know it’s not super convenient.)

      Thanks very much, was going to look into matrix this evening.

    Contact TheDude or one of the other admins via Matrix, and they’ll sort it out for you, I’m sure.

    Source: I used what little charm I have and asked nicely if they could activate my account without a valid email address.
