[Answered] IP Quail gives me my ipv6 address, can I tell it to duck.dns (a dynamic DNS provider)

    you made me curious about buying ipv6 address space, looks like you can buy a /40 for $250/yr. That should be good for about 1 septillion devices.

      But why a /40? While I haven’t looked up the prices, I do suspect that prices and scope sizes corelate. A /48 is enough if you need to subnet. But why not just get a /64? If you can’t get by with a /64 I’ll buy you a beer… Heck you can buy me the beer, because you definitely got the budget for it.
