This is a little love letter to my PS4.
I bought it refurbished three years ago for a little bit more than 120 bucks. This was my first Sony device! I already had an Xbox 360 from 2013 and a Switch from 2017.
My first game was Detroit: Become Human. What an experience!
I played the Uncharted series for the first time. Then The Last of Us 1 and 2. I thought I was a grumpy old gamer but man, TLoU is something else. And then I got PSVR! So many crazy nights playing Beat Saber, Skyrim VR and Superhot VR.
I love being a patient gamer. And I love my PS4. I still have so many games to play through and it just keeps on chugging along.

I don’t really game even a percentage as much as I used to. Possibly even as little as a tenth of a percent. So when me and my mate want to play a game we just dive into our steam libraries and play some game from our past. It’s so nice to be able to avoid all the drama that you see surrounding the AAA-o-sphere. If we do ever get a new game it’s only after we’ve ummed and ahhed about it for years anyway. Patient gaming is the best. And enjoying an old steam library and revelling in nostalgia is great.

The number of A’s is just an indication of how many apologies you will get when the game inevitably sucks because it’s undercooked. At least indie devs put the Early Access tag on to warn you it’s raw, big devs aren’t even polite enough to warn you (but will gladly take your money)
