Do people still not realize that high school gossip isn’t journalism? So it’s rather stupid for a news publication to pass off such crap as news.

As long as the lights cost money to keep on, they have to go where the readers are, for better or worse. I don’t get mad at my mirror for the person in it.

If you don’t like what private entities are publishing, you can always just start your own and only publish the things you like. They can’t even stop you, they have to just let you do it!

Do you use this response when someone has a bad review for a restaurant or say hotel? “Oh, you didn’t like the place you stayed at? Well next vacation you should build your own hotel and stay there.” Or how about if I go to a comedy show and the comedian isn’t funny? Should I just stay home and tell jokes to myself?

If you market yourself or product as something, and you don’t produce what is expected, people can and will complain. I would be equally disappointed if All Recipes magazine started putting out stock tips. Unless of course it was for chicken stock.
