things seem just fine for me ATM, discord feels way slower even if I’m just using their API, not that I’m expecting things to be perfectly fine; but I do think that once the influx is over things will normalize.
It’s a good problem to have. Not that many users is a worse problem to have.

People just need to join different instances, not the same big ones. It’s confusing when you’re new though, so I don’t blame them at all.
It seems to be going pretty well tbh any centralized service would get the hug of death with such a huge increase, this distributed thing seems to be behaving much better
