Real excited for this. I loved Helldivers 1 and every other game Arrowhead’s made.
I like the mechanic of needing two players to operate the heavier weapons effectively.
The assisted reload was also in the first game (notably for the recoilless rifle also featured here) and requires a great deal of coordination. A great co-op mechanic with high rewards when playing it right.
My son and I loved the hell out of the first one, I can’t wait to rage quit this one with him once it’s out!
This looks like a lot of fun! Too bad none of my friends have a PS5
