Note that “rebel news” who produced that video is an extreme right wing “news” company. Basically the Canadian version of Breitbart or InfoWars.
Personally, I wouldn’t trust anything they publish without a lot of independent corroboration.
I remember back when parents freaked out because we were wearing different colored bracelets to school and that it meant we were doing bad sex things. I yearn for that level of stupid nowadays. It was so much smarter than “No! No! The school isn’t allowed to tell Jimmy he can be Jenny. That’s, like, against what my God says… or something.”

Parents’ rights to do what?
1957: To make sure my kids ain’t going to school with no troublemakers [black kids].
2023: To make sure my kids ain’t going to school with no troublemakers [LGBTQ kids].
