This sounds like the start of a horror movie where the drug works differently in some and they start to grow teeth where they don’t belong like their eyes or feet. Not genitals, that movie already exists.

I had a similar thought and went looking for more info on how the drug is delivered, and if it’s a matter of injecting it at the site where you want growth.

      Didn’t find the details though…

Says in the article it’s a gene blocker. So a general injection into your bloodstream or other tissue is likely.

I honestly just had a much simpler, yet still frustrating issue.

Does it grow back wisdom teeth?

on the same line of thinking (but slightly more serious). There are bound to be all kinds of issues but I would imagine some form of braces would help with any alignment issues

That already exists, it’s called a teratoma. Google it at your own risk.

Man, the titles for this story keep getting worse.

The drug is currently intended for people that pretty much never had teeth. When/if it passes human testing, there’s still no indication it’s going to be as effective on adults that have lost teeth. This is barely out of animal testing anyway, so it isn’t like there’s some certainty it will work on humans, or do so safely.

Yeah, but it also did it, like, in your lower abdomen.

This does it right in your mouth, where its supposed to.
