That’s because nobody on your instance has subscribed to it yet. Take the text ([email protected]), and in the communities page, paste that into search. Switch from “Communities” to “All” in the search options, then you can click through and subscribe.
Ironically the first one is giving me a “couldn’t find community” error (I guess I have to search it first?), but the second one is good.
