My sister’s house has this weird outlet. Any idea what it is?
On the left we have 2 older 2-prong outlets. On the right: … something?

This appears to be a Radio Outlet. Apparently houses built between the 20s and 40s had radio antenna coils in their attic and outlets like this to plug in and get better radio reception.
