    Why jumbo chasing wout?? If the team believes that the break is hopeless, why wout keep pulling?

      Was also confused first, but it made sense in the end. Jumbo wanted to build up the pressure on tourmale to loose the rest of the contenders and wout had to increase the tempo too, to not be caught before the top of tourmale, so that he can still help out

        Yes. Made total sense in the end. Wout is a freaking beast… He did his best impression of kwiato and almost fell off his bike after his turn was finished

      Wout was in the break as satelite rider. That’s how they get him to the finale coz he can’t follow if the GC guys go on a bit climb halfway through the stage. Same as hautecam last year. He’s so reliable and powerful in that role. There’s almost noone else in the peleton that can do it.
