Hobbits: Cajun. Makes sense, they love food, live a rural life, etc. Orcs: NYC accent Goblins: Chicago Accent Or, if you wanted to go international. Dwarves: Gotta go with the classic. Glasgow. Elves: South African. I think it can sound smart but foreign-influenced, as elves should. Hobbits: Aussie Orcs: NYC accent again Goblins: Newfoundland accent
