The case was dropped. The accuser pulled out, believed to be because of death threats she was getting for accusing Trump.

That article is from right after the lawsuit was filed, 2016, and a lawyer for the New York victim center was already saying that this is just going to hurt the accuser more than it will hurt Trump because she could get her harassed.
