AI is here to help, prompt: Can you make the quoted text more understandable: “If I sad you cause you said me that you sad let me know”

If I said something that made you sad, please let me know. And if you said something that made me sad, please let me know as well.

It looked perfectly serviceable to me until i re-read it a few times, The AI text looks more like a real quote but something is still off.

Well we can learn from this that AI is not perfect :-)

You missed a “me” at the end and the AI skipped the word “that”

You know, garbage in garbage out.

That’s what the AI designers have to avoid when they train the AI.

“If I make you sad, because you told me that you make me sad, let me know.”

Kind of weird and probably not what the person meant to write either way…

Looks like something a little kid could say, then and a proud cheesy parent would tattoo.

I would translate this by “If I made you sad by telling you you made me sad, let me know”.

I imagine a little kid saying “You made me sad”, a parent crying because that must be a terrible feeling, and the little kid being sad by seeing their parent sad. Something like that.

To be honest, I got a feeling I could be stupidly moved enough to tattoo that.
