minus-squareneuracnu@lemmy.blahaj.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up29·1 year agoLooks like it was in an episode of The Leftovers, which is absolutely a fine show to have oneself a credit on. Damon Lindelof getting his groove back. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5829622/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1
minus-squareivanafterall@kbin.sociallinkfedilinkarrow-up6arrow-down1·1 year agoWasn’t that one that was cancelled before it got an ending? I’m tempted to watch it, but don’t want to set myself up for disappointment.
minus-squareCaptnNMorgan@reddthat.comlinkfedilinkarrow-up7·1 year agoNo, it was never cancelled. It had a beautiful ending that didn’t answer every question but it answered enough to be satisfying.
minus-squareclayh@lemmy.mllinkfedilinkarrow-up7arrow-down2·1 year agoIt’s the best tv show ever written, and it’s the opposite of what you decided it is. It had a decent ending then HBO asked him to do another season so he really wrapped it up.
