they were supposed to be pisang goreng. i just used

• 50g glutinous rice flour
• 25g rice flour
• dash of salt
• dash of baking powder
• dollop of softened butter

mix with water until pancake batter consistency. should be enough for 2-3 medium cavendish bananas. can cut bananas into smaller pieces to improve crunchiness/taste. dip them in the batter and fry on medium heat until golden color and hard on the outside
