So many i’ve lost count. It’s always driver crashes or timeouts. Never had driver issues with NVIDIA cards in 20 years, both times I had AMD, glitches in games, driver crashes. I’ve done everything. I’m going to replace the card when I can.
I have a 7900xt, but I’ll be going back to nvidia. Driver crashes and dual screen issues (i have tried everything) just aren’t worth it.
DRM/launchers having to run. Online connection required for single player. Needing accounts for single player. Using dated/bug filled engines. Releasing games untested/too early and filled with bugs
Go with a low to mid range gaming pc and build it with them as a project. Emulators run thousands of games up until ps3 era.
Your assumption is false. It’s the drivers across the board, programs etc. AMD/Radeon are famous for driver issues going back to the 00’s. They won’t fix it because they can’t.
