You gotta turn that around! Give them reasons to ignore you!

I personally am keen to ramble on about potatoes, although to be fair I don’t think this is accurate as it’s difficult to talk too much about potato. I mean, potatoes are pretty much a worldwide thing, but do we really know where they come from? It’s crazy when you think about the sheer prevalence of potato. But then again it’s difficult to find opposition to the consumption of potato, yet isn’t it strange how there’s no potato religion? Or maybe there is or was. Imagine if we recorded the History of the potato. Imagine just how far back our adoration for potato goes! I wonder what neanderthals did with potatoes…

I realised I did too much LSD when I had ‘boring trips’.

They were the most bizarre. I felt in my mind that I already got the answers I needed, to better myself, and so for several hours I had visuals whilst feeling otherwise sober. Just waiting for it to pass. Occasionally looking at my hand to see if I’m still tripping.
Everything tested properly and obtained from sources I won’t name.

I felt the same on a few trips since. Although it is a positive to feel that way. It’s reassuring that I’m on the right path, moving by my own accord, yet I do wish psychedelics were fun again. Maybe when I’m much older, as I have zero intention of doing them.

30+ trips is enough though, I reckon.

  • People assume I’m making my conditions up, despite going through medical procedures at various times in my life.

One aspect of my autism is I don’t react to pain in the same way as other people, so when I am going through considerable pain I’d push on whilst maybe making a casual comment that my back hurts a fair bit due to my discs, however I’d say this without pain being expressed in my speech.

There’s also the situation where for extreme pains, the only reason I can get out of bed on some days is due to cannabis (for which I’m legally prescribed it). However due to my lack of reaction, people find it hard to believe I have a fair number of health issues when they see me just getting on with things.
Once it took an ex an hour of convincing before she took me for an x ray, for a broken toe, because I was just walking around with a limp, saying I’m sure I broke it (all casually).

You need to take precautions very quick. Put yourself in the mind of someone who needs to keep himself away from recommendations. Needs privacy. Like, say you’re buying drugs on the Internet, feeling invincible with your VPN… Wait, shit.

On the flip side, I was born and raised in London yet everyone thinks I’m Australian since I spent many years as an admin to an Australian community online and heard Aussies for 10 hours per day. I still can’t shake a bit of an Aussie accent, yet I’ve never been to the place!

Yeah, I used a modified Spotify client without ads, uninterrupted skipping, etc. to set random songs as my alarm. I download what I like through various sources, music wise, however to find new artists I use YouTube Music so have a client for that too (I have random tastes, and over the years got into artists who never really made it big at all: YT is good for the very obscure stuff most folks would call “people screaming into the mic” which, I mean, I guess it is but it could be music too…)
