How does this effect Lebron’s legacy?

Maybe it’s just depression but I can’t bring myself to care about new game releases. I think the last games I’ve bought on release have been

• Destiny 2: The Witch Queen (I was part of a clan and everything, quit a few months later)
• Elden Ring (Fromsoft enjoyer, so duh)
• Shadows Over Loathing (only ~$20 and I loved West of Loathing)

Baldur’s Gate 3? I’ve got 450+ hours in Divinity: Original Sin 2, but nope, will grab it on sale in a few months to a year from now. Starfield? Bought Fallout 4 on release but nah, wake me up when the complete edition and all the necessary bug fix/QoLmods drop.

From what I can gather it’s both oddly GPU heavy and 2000/3000 series Nvidia cards are having a tough time, so you’re in quite an unfortunate spot. Also is this with FSR? Cause that’d be a big oof

For all the egregious monetization, dearth of NPCs, and hamfisted live service gameplay, there is a good ~20-30 hour Fallout game in there with the Wastelanders update

Yup Witcher 3 DX12’s performance in Novigrad is straight anus. Dropping from ~130 to ~70fps in a crowded Hierarch Square. That’s with frame gen, so latency feels more like sub-60. At least you don’t really do any fighting there so little gameplay impact.

Also it’s wild to me how much smaller this game is compared to something like AC: Odyssey. I remember being blown away back in 2015 (“White Orchard is just the tutorial zone?!”) but now it’s refreshingly compact compared to newer releases

Updated my laptop drivers for the first time in forever, turns out there was a memory leak with the Desktop Window Manager that was causing massive slowdown
