I worked at a place with a very similar working environment for 3 years a long time ago. It was absolute hell and I’ll never go back to another place like it. The best advice I can give you is not to let them know that you’re dissatisfied, and don’t stop looking for a different job. Yeah no idea what the downvotes are about, it’s kind of an edge case problem, but it’s an easy thing to test and mounting pressure causes all manner of gremlins…

One thing that comes to mind is that Ryzen mobos are sometimes very sensitive to mounting pressure, so backing the cpu screws off slightly might also help. Strange as it sounds I’ve had some similar problems in the past that just turned out to be me being overzealous with a screwdriver
