I just took the first states alphabetically. In Germany we have protests against fascism just before our elections, the fascists are at 20% in the polls and we get 10,000s of people on the streets with protests in more than 60 cities.

But don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to downplay the US protests, I am glad about every single soul on the streets. It’s just that I am shocked about the realities across the pond.

Ein wirtschaftlicher Riese und ein politischer Zwerg, so wird schon seit jeher über die EU geurteilt.

Ich spreche davon wir hätten den Großmächten nichts entgegenzusetzen. Dabei rede ich von den USA, China und ggf. auch Russland, und zwar v.a. politisch.

Ja, Europa hat eine Großteil an Hilfen geleistet, davon ist aber sehr viel Geld, dass für den Kauf US-Amerikanischer Waffen ausgegeben wurde, da der europäische militärisch-industrielle Komplex nicht annähernd mit dem der USA mithalten kann.

90% der Aufklärungsfähigkeit liegt in den USA, wir haben keine oder wenig Luftverteidigung, viel weniger Truppen als die USA. Russland hat nicht mal Vollmobilisierung und zieht 1.5 Millionen Soldaten ein, Deutschland hat gerade einmal 180.000 Soldaten. Auch wenn man davon ausgeht, dass der Großteil der Russischen Soldaten 18-jährige Abchasen sind und die Zahl übertrieben, ist das ein großer Unterschied.

Du sprichst einen wichtigen Punkt an und das ist die Koordination der europäischen Staaten. Wir haben eine Ost-/Westspaltung was die Einschätzung zu Russland als Bedrohung angeht. In Madrid und Dublin sieht man den Krieg in der Ukraine nochmal ganz anders als in Riga oder Warschau, Deutschland steht irgendwo dazwischen. Wir haben also alles andere als einen geschlossenen Block.

Niemand spricht davon, dass Russland eine Vollinvasion nach Polen fährt. Aber hybride Angriffe im Baltikum sind eine reale Gefahr, da wird dann mal ein 10,000 Einwohnerdorf mit russischen Minderheiten besetzt und eben mal ausgetestet ob Artikel 5 noch zieht.

Wir sind bei 3% Verteidigungsausgaben wenn wir nur die bisher gesetzten Pläne umsetzen wollen, um als Europa unabhängig zu werden, werden wir noch viel mehr brauchen. Zu glauben wir könnten das in den nächsten paar Jahren schaffen oder wir wären gar schon so weit ist blanker Unsinn.

Das Thema nukleare Abschreckung lass ich jetzt mal außen vor.

However this may depend on your device and application, as for household level like measuring plant water or something tap water could be sufficient.

Mit dem Thema kann man auch nur schwer Wahlkampf machen, vor allem so kurz vor der Wahl. Wir werden uns dem Thema stellen müssen, aber für die nächsten 10 Jahre sind wir verloren wie es aussieht, so bitter das ist. Wir haben den Großmächten mittelfristig nichts entgegen zu setzen.
