@Barbarian@v4ld1z No, it’s water soluble like other B vitamins. It’s just that the maximum amount you can absorb at once is high enough that you don’t need to take it every day:
@Barbarian No worries, it happens! The only reason I know this is that I looked into a lot of this a while back when I was going vegan (just to figure out which vitamins I wouldn’t naturally get in my diet and therefore needed to be supplemented, and how often to supplement those) haha
They do in Romania at least. B12 is fat soluble, which makes life much easier.
