What about the action of spreading conspiracies about minorities, using them as a scape goat for societal problems and thereby contributing to a slow dehumanisation of that minority which ultimately emboldens further hatred, discrimination and worse forms of violence against them?
That isn’t an opinion, it’s an action.
Opinions shouldn’t be criminalized, but actions certainly should.
